Option 1 — In the app
Delete your account in Trovi
Open Trovi on iOS or Android, or at trovi.ai/app on the web, and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Tap your avatar, then Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Tap Delete to confirm.
You'll be signed out on every device straight away.
Option 2 — By email

No longer have the app, or can't sign in? Email us from the address on your Trovi account with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll confirm the account is yours and delete it for you.

What happens when you delete
- Right away: you're signed out everywhere, and nobody else can see your profile, avatar or name.
- For 30 days: nothing is erased yet. If you change your mind, sign back in within 30 days and your account comes back exactly as it was.
- After 30 days: your account and the data in it are permanently erased. That includes your profile, username, email address, avatar, saved Gems, Troves, settings and messages. Your email address can then be used to create a new account.
- Shared Troves: Troves you share with other people stay with the other members. Gems you added to them stay too, but without your name or profile on them.
